As a founder of Pacific Crest Real Estate Advisors, Katrina works closely with business owners, investors, and property holders to navigate acquisitions, leasing opportunities, and investment strategies throughout Yamhill County and the greater Pacific Northwest.
Known for her deep local knowledge and relationship-driven approach, Katrina combines market insight with careful negotiation to help clients make confident real estate decisions. Her work frequently supports projects in Oregon Wine Country, including hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments that contribute to the vitality of local communities.

His practice is built on four distinct but interrelated lines of business, reflecting the firm's ability to advise across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate — from site acquisition and ground-up development through stabilization, repositioning, and eventual disposition.
As Principal Broker of Pacific Crest Real Estate Advisors Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Higgins directs a practice combining traditional brokerage with specialized advisory across Investment Sales encompassing multiple asset classes, Downstream Retail Petroleum related M&A, and Special Situation & Distressed Asset recovery.
In addition the Firm consults on economic development and policy matters for municipalities across Oregon with particular depth in the Willamette Valley and Oregon Wine Country.
